Anyone else heard of this from the Dealerships? Like car fax, is there tractor fax now too?

Pre- owned sounds better than saying used.
The word used can conjure up images of most any kind of use, vether good, bad or ugly.

I think it is just a way of increasing sales profits. Dealerships should be doing this anyway when they take in a trade.

Pre-owned,.. just a political correct word for what used to be..."used".
As is were is.....Buyer beware.
