Something does not make sense with that picture.
The ruble conversion seems to be way off. The grammar on the sign must be region specific or just plain wrong.

I just checked the rate of exchange.

It's pretty close. $1.00 = 63.35 Rubles.

$610.00 = 38,643.20 rubles.

Far funnier than the Brian Williams story being a
veteran.

He was also reporting from a certain gate at the
Berlin wall when it fell and flew into Bagdad with
seal team six 3 days after the war started. Then the
seals- who he wasn't to talk to- sent him a knife
and a piece of a wrecked helicopter.
