F 12 question

I am still working on trying to make an F 12
come back to life.

The governor will not increase or decrease the
engine rpm.

Does anyone have a diagram of the complete workings of the governor that you could send me?

I am open to any advice you folks may have, thanks.

Sounds like it may be rusted tight. Take it off & apart & get everything freed up & try again.

Teddy has it right, take the cover off and make sure everything is free. Also take off the cover where the gov connects to the carb. There is an adjustment there

bumblebee, Pull off the cover on side of governor and cover on top of carb linkage.
See what is or is not moving when you pull back on the trottle. If it is just stuck you can free it up and adjust for play as needed. oldiron29
