international 2504 opinions/info

Hello, I'm currently looking to buy a 2504 gas with a loader from a friend. Always liked older fords, but don't know IH. looking for any info...5 speed with reverser, non live PTO I think. Very heavy tractor n loader needs lots of counter weight. Several remotes and confusing levers. Position control to lower 3 point arms, but another remote lever to raise them..weird.
Any knowledge on this tractor would help thanks!

I'm not much help, but I believe its the industrial version of the 504. I did have one of those, and it was OK. Started on the glow plugs in winter, which is better than you could say for the other old junk around here. It did have 2 quadrant levers for the 3 point- one was the lift/lower, the other was draft control.

Gas tractors usually {I have never seen or heard of one}. do not have glow plugs. Free advice is usually worth what you pay for it, nothing.

And free comments are also usually worth what you pay for them. I missed that it was gas, OK, but have been analyzing your response for anything else of value. Coming up blank. Help me out here- why did you post if you know absolutely nothing about the subject other than getting in a dig? Hmmmm???
