Getting ready to go get more toys

Well last night I spent 3 hours goin over the truck and trailer to go on a 600 mile trip to get some of my new toys on a consighment yard I bought! Well changed oil checked all the tires loaded up my tools got the spares cleaned out my truck gathered up my chains binders and straps ect! Got in the truck to move it last night check make sure I had my insurance card and registration cards handy and crap my registration ran out on my truck in December! So looks like I will be goin next week I don't like risking fines if I don't half to! o well I got lots of other things I can do!
 
In Washington (state motto- taximus maximus), the registration isn't even good until the end of the month of expiration- if it expires December 12, and you get stopped December 15 and they run it on their magic machine, presto, $148 ticket.

Hey Mike I'm headed over your way in the next week or so and have an empty trailer coming back....is your buddy's MF or JD still for sale? P.S. My registration is current....
 
In Minnesota a vehicle registration expires on the last day of the month. The state mails out a renewal form six to eight weeks before expiration. They can be renewed in person, by mail or online.
 
Wisconsin is the date listed on registration. I renew online. I figure it's cheaper than going in person, and probably about the same as the cost of a check, stamp, and envelope to mail in the renewal.

In Ohio by mail is higher and it has to be done before expiration and you need to do it at least 2 weeks before the expiration date. Too much of hassel to try to mess with the mail route and no on line.
