Potatoes-frozen

Yessireee! They rot beautifully after being frozen.

One winter, while carrying in groceries...the kids missed a small bag of taters that fell behind the box of winter survival gear in my car-trunk. Somehow I never put 2 + 2 together that the taters were missing.

My nose found them in the spring!! Eeewwwww!

You most certainly can still use them! Cook and mash them and re-freeze in individual containers for future use for potato pancakes, dumplings, seasoned mashers, etc, etc! Here are a couple links that should be of help to you and both links have quite a few good recipes:

If that doesn't work recycle them though chickens or hogs

Got cold enough here last winter to freeze about 200# of my spuds in my basement. Was able to salvage some, but had to shovel most of em up and dump em.

Had that happen one winter put them in oven and baked them good for fried, hashbrowns etc. kept in fridge for quite a while shared with neighbors.
