Today's Journal Gazette has an article about an urban farm (garden) that is looking for help to find an Oliver tractor---maybe even a bit of help with the Allis B (hard start) WD45 (sticks in reverse). Don't know anything about your question but since you mentioned Ft. Wayne, there's a big farm show at the coliseum there this week, pretty sure it's Tue., Wed. and Thur.
