Hi guys; Tried this downstares no help, bet you all can help.
On my Kubota L-4200 the glow light comes on once in a while. When it comes on the tractor will start, when it does not it will not start.
I'm think it is not a glow plug problem ,but probably a relay or something else. Bunch of wires under the dash, I just don't know where to start. Thanks in advance....Jimmy

Your L 4200 has two units in the glowplug circuit. A glow plug relay which in affect is the switch that turns the plugs on then it also has a glow plug timer that tell it how long to stay on. Both parts are over fifty bucks and not returnable so you need to do some good testing BEFORE you go buying. Located immediately below the steering wheel under the grey plastic cover. Note you will have to unscrew the tach. cable to be able to raise the dash up fare enough to get to the small little black box.
