Ammonia/Bleach.

Anyone know the "Proper" ratio of Ammonia to Bleach
for best gas production..?

Want to drop this into Muskrat Dens that I can't get traps into..

I will assume 1:1, but that may be wasteful..!!

Not a real safe thing to do just ask guys from WW1 and how mustard gas was bad news. Even if you pour it in one at a time you still stand a chance of getting a sniff of it and chlorine gas is not good at all
 
gal did that here over new years Has burns all over her face and arms, lungs are seared. she was trying to clean carpet.
 

Had a college professor who was a WWI vet who had been gassed, his speech was affected. Father was in WWI, didn't get gassed but was WIA.

Check your local game regs. Muskrats are small game animals. I don't think it is legal to poison them.
Advertise on C/L for trappers.
That said why do you want to wage war against them? They don't damage tillable land, And they don't build dams. What's the problem?
 
Can't you use ground hog bombs?? They cure all kinds of hog problems and rats are just smaller rodents. You can buy cannon fuse and put extra long fuse on bomb and stick it up their holes and then it will go off. Nail polish or contact cement will seal it and cannon fuse is water proof.
 
Muskrats will destroy tile outlets and under mine drainage ditch banks. They are far from harmless.

There a couple of fellows that trap them around here.
 

I don't know the ratio, but I know some idiot tried using that mix in the head in boot camp and sent a mess of people to sick bay. Nasty. Ammonia has bothered me ever since.
