Round baler that ejects bales on the go. Wow

Just saw this on youtube. The guy who invented this must have pulled all his hair out trying to figure that puzzle out! I can't make heads or tails of how it does it. It just looks like ankles and elbows flying around and then a bale pops out.

well that is fine on flat ground but here in KY, on probably half of
my bales I have to find somewhere to drop it so it doesn't roll
away

This was a joint venture with Lely in Europe (
Note the crappy wobbling plastic guards!) Claas
actually brought one out many years ago that used
rollers , The Rollant 56, but it was a commercial
failure.

This seems to be something everyone wants to build, but doesn't ever seem to take off. Although it is impressive all I can see is too many moving parts and too many things that can go wrong. That long single belt is a nightmare in its own!

Heres another that never took off.

I want one! I knew there'd been talk of one for years, didn't know they'd been perfected to that extent.

I can remember seeing those with that conveyor on them, but I never could figure what it was for. You learn something new every day.

I have not seen one like this ether,,I'll bet that was not so good in heavy hay...it's kinda of amazing the way equipment has evolved over the years, trial and error was the primary test. Now it's how much electronics can they toss into the mix, and how can they build something that will be out of date in a couple years...also not so good...
