hello again. I have found the problem, but don't know how to fix it.. background... problem with hp inkjet printer, looks like the printer has allowed the request for printing to hang up in the queues. will not allow the printing process to continue, the request that I made to print is stopped in the queues what is the answer how to get to continue the process I have looked books/online info etc. but I have found nothing to unlock the printing process to allow the process to continue. thanks to all for helping

Hello cb,

Unplug the printer. It may have too many requests to print. Also go to the printer properties and stop/delete all printing before you plug the printer back on. Good Luck..........

Guido.

May I don't understand the question right, but the way I understand it a job is hanging up the rest of your printing. When I run into that I click on the job and simply cancel the job. Sometime it takes 10 minutes to clear, but then any jobs below it will start to print.

You might check your settings to make sure you are printing on the size paper you have loaded. FIL has had similar problems in the past.I would check all your print preferences, if the image is too big for the sheet, it will just sit there.
