I note the dry stone wall, we have hundreds of miles of them here. What I also note is that rocky hill to the rear of the level field. Here in New England it is all mixed together. Rolling hills of rocky ground with more rocks growing up through the soil every spring.

My dad called them "rock fences". We have them in West Virginia where I grew made from stacked sand stone.
