Bumper sticker

On the back of forage contractors trailers locally. This area is swamped with holiday makers in summer - this really pisses them off - LoL

There are bumper stickers around here that say:

"So many Snowbirds; so little freezer space".

Couple of my favorites are:

"Keep America Beautiful-Put A Litterbag Over Your Head".

"Honk If You Haven't Seen An Uzi Fired From A Car Window".

You don't need a bumper sticker , You
being from the area will probably know the hill
down to Mwnt Beach. I used to drive for D.L
Williams at Ferwig when he ran a silage crew in
the 90's.
Coming up that hill with a 956 Ih with 2 ft
of red flame coming out the exhaust with a full
load behind, would make even the worst drivers,
suddenly figure out reversing into passing
spaces quickly!. It would be pretty funny
sometimes to see there faces with a fire
breathing red dragon coming at them, and not
slowing down much.
If they were unlucky we used to catch them
going down to the beach when we came up, and
when we came back and they were leaving,
so they learned to reverse up and down hill to
My grandad was towing a 3 gang Cambridge ring roll once on a back lane to our bottom land. when a car appeared and gestured him to back up! The guy actually got out of his car and told him get out the way and to back up. then got back in the car. Granddad just got his pipe out filled it lit it and sat there 5 mins smoking it, until the guy gave up and reversed 70 ft to the pass point!.

Boss did something similar to a guy with a boat on a dam we cross with equipment. 300 HP Steiger, 3 pt strip-til machine, and a crab-steer fertilizer cart behind that. He was about 3 feet narrower than the road. Boss ate lunch while waiting on the guy to back out.

My favorite of all time, on the back of a rusty old pickup, it said don't laugh your daughter my be in here.

Here in timber (and tree-hugger) country, my favorite is "Earth First! We'll log the other planets later." (Earth First is an anti-logging group).

I used to take a lot of flack for having a "super big saw" and then one time I was cutting a blowdown tree off the side of a road when a van load of hippie "save the earth" type people came along and they were under the impression that I had CUT the tree down and were getting a little nasty with me about having such a monster of a saw (it's nothing special, just a hopped up 288) And I said:

Well, I am actually cutting trees down more humanly with this saw than others are with their little saws! ??????

Where the normal person cuts through one tree slowly, I can have 5 large trees on the ground before they even knew what hit them!! That way the tree don't suffer!!
