Follow up - what new phone to buy?

May want to hold off on the iPhone 6 and 6+ until they get this glitch fixed. Turns out the phone volume is too low and can't be adjusted. Apparently a known problem with the 6 and 6+. Taking the da*n thing back to the Apple store on Monday.

I had an I-5 and have decided to go away from the I phone for my next phone. I have a 4s now and really like it because in nervous reception area's it seems to hang with me and not drop as many calls. I'm real close to buying a moto-x, so i'll report how that goes!

I'm using an LG flip phone. The volume is adjustable, but even with the volume all the way up, with the phone in my shirt pocket, I cannot hear it while on a tractor or lawnmower. Nothing wrong with my hearing either.
