Help identify a wagon running gear

A friend of mine posted these pics of his wagon gear on another site trying to identify it. I have never seen another steering setup like it. It has no tags or decals on it but does have Electric hubs on it. Anyone out there in the great brain trust have any ideas?

No clue. But there were hundreds of short line companies that built wagons like that. Well, maybe not hundreds, but a lot. Dad had a Pepin wagon that the steering arms were behind the bolster. That would have been similar.
