Well, I finally got a hold of the guy and bought the baler... $50... :)

I am going to get it tomorrow, and plan on just pulling it home with my truck.

The tag says that it is a:

Massey Harris - Ferguson Limited

F12 Baler

The serial number is in the 1000's if I remember correctly..

I will for sure get some pictures of it one here when I get it..

By the way, just got back from getting that 56 Chevy truck, in REALLY good shape!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a entire hay set up, I am thinking about selling. My stuff is, and has been, sitting in the shed out of the weather, for three years . I have (1) New Holland bale wagon (1) New Holland 9ft mower conditioner (2) New Holland square balers (1) New Holland tedder . I also have (2) hay rakes but not sure of the make. Problem is, I really don't want to separate any of it. I would like to move it all for 1 money. Located in Virginia.

Wow, that's got to be way below scrap value.
Unfortunately, too much usable equipment is going for scrap.
I'm glad you saved another piece to give it a new lease on life.

I didn't realize that they ever even built one... I figured it must be kind of rare, and after that I was a hound dog on the trail!! :)

Happy to pay $50 for it.. He wanted $800, and I talked him down to $50, but just couldn't quite get him to give it to me.....

Going to get it tomorrow if the weather holds out.. HOPE SO!! I promise I will get some pics when I get it home, it is in amazingly original condition...

Appears to have been properly stored all of it's life... You can still easily see that it is Ferguson Grey, and all of the big blue decals are still on it that say FERGUSON and BE CAREFUL.. Will make a very nice restoration project!

Do you mean a new Holland stackliner wagon? I'm looking for one.

Nope, 60 acres takes a LOT of effort to fill up!!

But I should be able to have it all filled up by next Thursday... :p

Most of the stuff I have is actually stored on my grandmothers 40 acres, rather than our 20 acres where my mother would see it. She says that I can have whatever I want, as long as she doesn't have to:

SEE
or
HEAR it regularly, but once in a while is okay.. :)

Yes Massey Harris Ferguson, then later it became Massey Ferguson that has to be on there to show what company actually produced it. If you will look at the Ferguson TO 35 tractors their serial tag shows Massey Ferguson but until sometime in May 1960 they were only badged as a Ferguson. Ferguson produced the "TO 35" then at that time in May 1960 Massey Ferguson produced the "MF 35". Yes it was all the Massey Ferguson Corporation. As most know most things have to be done politically correctly. Mainly in case of a law suit. LOL
Ferguson side baler photos many have never seen.

This one?

Hank,
That is a MHF #3 baler. I have one. I'm actually looking for the hood that covers the top. The one you show has a weird piece of tin on it, that doesn't look factory.

Oh course!! That is what mine will look like someday! :)

This one has probably %70 of the original paint on it, and all of the FERGUSON decals are in GREAT shape. It has for sure never been repainted or farmer restored!

Can't wait to get it, going tomorrow if the weather holds out... Fingers Crossed!!!!!! :)

Does anyone have any idea as to what year this thing may be? Are there any odds that it is a 1954!?!? If it was the same year as my TO-30, it would be a dream come true!

Midway between Wapakoneta and Jackson Center. Worked the pull at West Liberty for years. Belong to the Logan Co. Antique Power club.

Yes that is Richards tractor and baler. He and I belong to FENA. He brought that baler to the Ferguson Expo in August in Lagrange, In. this year it was a big hit as he did some baling with it.

Do you live close to Dick? I know a Richard L from West Liberty but he is not into Fords or Fergusons, Mostly Deere.
