I am a day late posting this but the threatening storm on the east coast didn't pan out as expected, got a couple inches. My sons built a snowman first thing in the morning then we went across the road to the home farm for a family Thanksgiving, all my siblings and their families made it home. Western PA.

John I'm glad that you didn't get hammered with tons of snow. Too much winter left and too early to begin piling it on. Glad you had a nice thanksgiving

We got about a foot here in NY Catskills, wet snow driving was bad, roads were closed we lost electric for 10 hours some people still out friday.. Settled down to about 6 inches on the ground. Worst part was we had a few inches of frost in the ground then warmed up a few days before it snowed so plowing was a pain.

When it was all said and done, we had 10.5 inches in my part of PA. I had thoughts of the Thanksgiving snow storm of 1971 when we recieved 3 feet of snow. I had to walk half a mile in waist high snow to feed some beefers.
