It was raining yesterday. Decided to clean out a shed to put my 6 ft woods mower over the winter. Loaded up pickup today. I had 340# old washing machine, refrig shell, other crap. Only had to drive 2 miles out of the way, scrap yard unloaded it for me. Made $31.45. I think I would be happy getting just gas money. Very glad to have a larger shed. I'm sure someone will junk it up again.

Hauled some scrap today. $190.00 a ton central Ohio.

I took a load of old rusted corrugated barn steel Monday. Got $160 a ton for it. Got a check for $300.80.

Scrap price here in Northern Aberta is $40 a ton for heavy steeI, anything over 5' Iong and 2' wide fetches ony $20
