It appears everyone in NEKS stole my idea and is cutting beans today, too. Both semis are full and now I am sitting at the elevator. Actually I am still parked in line 3/4 of a mile from the elevator. At this rate they will be full before the contracts are full. So much for the good idea.

That is what we went through last year and this year for beans. Next year there will be bin space to put them and load them out after combining.

When I was a lot younger in the 70's I worked for a small mill in central NY and all we dried was corn. We had trucks backed up for hours waiting.The problem was the size of our operation but they brought the loads anyway and waited.The the reason they waited because there was a wait anywhere else they went. We ran a corn drier almost nonstop from early October until end of December. Part of the wait early in the season was how long it took to dry corn with a high moisture content. You could move through it pretty quickly by December. I had fun in those days for $2.50 per hour and all the 100 lb bags you could carry.
