3 point not working

Our 3 points is not working but the hydraulic pump is working. Have any subjection's on what to do to get it running properly.

Regardless of the brand of tractor the causes and cures are pretty much the same but describing what to look at and what to try is pretty brand specific so it will help a lot if you give the make and model of your tractor.

How did you verify that the pump is working?
Gauge? Remote valve?

We loosen the bleeder cap on top of hydraulic pump and it is pumping out there.

just because it will pump out the bleeder does
not mean the pump is good or even good enough
to lift the 3 pt empty.
you need to do a pressure test and maybe even a
flow test to verify the pump is good. I have
had them here that they will pump oil but the
tractor had to be reved wide open to lift the
loader. I cannot understand how anyone could
use a machine like that but he was.
does your tractor have remotes? if it does do
they work? if you can use the remotes to do
work then your pump is likey ok. do you have
power steering? does it work?
check your relief valve it could be stuck open.

#1 always tell us what you have etc. Could be a few problems like control not working or a leaking lift cylinder etc
