Great Club Show this weekend..!

This weekend, the Delaware Ohio Antique Tractor Club is having our Fall Show at the Calvin Farm..
Taway Rd, just West of Rt 257, NW of the city of Delaware, Ohio.
Nice quiet show with so MANY things going on..
Horses and Mules Plowing, Antique tractors plowing, various Threshing machines running, Steam Tractor working on the Belt, Corn-Cakes made from NEW Corn harvested that Morning, with Homemade Butter, Apple Butter being made, probably a Goat that the kids need to Milk, etc and etc..
Best of all..it is a FREE Show..!!

I wish I could, this year I will be in Pittsburgh, Pa, over this weekend..
I don't miss many of these and enjoy helping adjust some of the plows.
Many come in with plows they have borrowed or scrounged that are hopelessly rusted, etc.
Saddest are the tractors set up for "pulling" and are so light in the rear, with inappropriate tires for actual "Ground Work" and just spin their wheels, once the plow hits the ground..!!
It is a real good day of having a GOOD Time, tho..
2 yrs ago, there were a group of "Garden Tractors plowing off one end of the field, and late on Sunday, Calvin's brought their Rubber tracked Caterpillar with Field Cultivator thu and finished the ends in ONE swipe..!
