genoa tractor show

Is that an F30 - not sure in the picture. First time I've seen cultivators on one of those. I've got manual lift cultivators for my F14 - they get old real quick. Real nice looking outfit.

Back in the early 60's I "got" to run an F-20 (dad's) cultivating corn like that. His fields were 100 rods long and about 20 rods wide, so it was a lot of turning when crossing. His cultivator had just one shovel each side of the row in front, and the rest on the rear. Also, the front would swing when you turned the steering wheel so in crooked corn you did not have to turn so much. A lot of lifting by hand. Did about 100 acres of corn with the F-20 and a C, cultivating it 3 times.

I don't know too much about the F20's and 30's. Would like to own one or both someday. I have a W30 and an F14 but the F14 is a very different tractor from the others.
