F-250 STARTER REPAIR

The starter on my 2002 F-250 was dead. Got a new one and my friend was helping me install it. He twisted off the nuts on two of the mounting bolts and the threads on the other bolt is stripped. We tried heat and penetrating oil but can't get the broken bolts out. Any suggestions on how to fix this. This is a farm truck. I am going to trade it in the next few weeks. I need to get it running. Thanks

Send that friend home and call a different friend who owns an acetylene torch. They'll come out with heat, but it needs to be a lot hotter than you'll get with a propane torch. Heat them cherry red, then unscrew them with a Vise Grip.
