i have been getting a message that my ip has been blocked and if i wait a bit i can get back on cl seems like they are having a lot of problems lately

403 Forbidden just means they are having computer problems. Give it some time and try again later. Someone will fix the problem.

You really should call and complain. After all you pay a fortune for access to the service, right?
