OT.(pics) Good Table Manners

As you can see from the pictures, my pal has great table manners lol. My daughter and SIL just got back from visiting grandaughter in Texas, Duke ( their German Shepherd) died when they got home, he laid down and was shaking( like when dogs dream) and then passed away, he was only 10 years old.

The picture of my pal looking out the window, was trying to keep the ground hogs out of his potato patch. The other one he was taste testing my wifes water and loves the ice cubes. He's quite a charmer. Been thinking about playing a choral version of the tune called "My Buddy" could work up a big symphony version, but I lack the energy. Anyway, I am proud of my pal. Love pictures of your pals and that puts a smile on this old mans face. They're all very special.
Warmest regards,
LOU

Lou you had better watch, he will be in the bed and you on the floor. LOL

I have several that are spoiled too. They seem to grow on you and soon have you trained.

mine will hop up on the table if you are careful. She found me at an event our local fire department had. Nice looking dog you've got there.

Nice looking dog.

Here is our dog
The friendliest and most well mannered dog a family member could ever ask for.
The meanest dog a stranger would ever want to meet.

They say a Catahoula can read his masters mind by age 2 or 3. I can attest that is a fact. Never seen a dog that could anticipate your actions like this one does.

We had a couple of shepherds like that. Both females. Over 100 pounds. The last one was the wife's best buddy. So much so that wife says she's irreplaceable. So our "dog" now is chipmunk killing cat!
