Dear old Dad on his 1950 Case VA

Going through some stuff and found a picture of my Dad going out to till over some grain stubble, sometime in the late50's I still have the disc tiller , but the Case VA is long gone. Had the chance to pick up a VA just like Dad's a few years ago, for $800.00 . So you know, it is out in the shed. Pop's passed away at 87 , lived a good life, raised 5 of us kids. Gone now 9 years this August, time stands still for no man. He enjoyed this tractor, it replaced his first tractor, a Case V . Bruce

Bruce; My dad had a VAC Case. Bought it in 1947 when all his horses were killed on the rail road tracks. He's been gone since 1978.

Nice picture! The first tractor I ever drove was a VAC, about age 8, still got it. It was also the first tractor I restored, think I'll keep her around for a while.
