Paint for billboard material

Have source of used billboard tarps. Any ideas on what paint to cover the backs which are usually white or often black?

I have used them black but they do heat up. Have also turned either way sign out or in. Regular bar aluminum paint will stick and does good. Got some old heavy frames that have billboard tarps that are probably 6 years old with no problems.

What do you mean bsr paint? Maybe use aluminum as primer then paint color of choice? Thanks a lot. I will try aluninum.

Just cheap aluminum paint like you would paint a barn roof. We have some left aluminum but also have some neat painted green/brown like camo colors.

when you painted over the aluminum what kind of paint did you use, enamel or latex? I really thank you for taking time to help .
