No,

The tractor had a new exhaust from the head out including the turbo when I bought it. Turbo only lasted 60 hours tho.

Dealer says they'll warranty it.

On another note, I see the digital camera captured an exhaust leak that I didn't even know was there. Couldn't feel it with my fingers anyway.
