Radish greens

Boiled em like spinach with a bit of salt and butter. They were okay, but nothing to get excited about. Wouldn't turn them away if I was hungry, but wouldn't go out of my way for them, either. Make sure you rinse them several times to get all the garden grit off them.
 
My wife, who will eat a lot of strange stuff,
says to cook, and eat them, "Just like turnip
greens". Which she does with a smoked ham hock.
