Believe it or not this is a woman in full body paint.....

Clue: Her left leg pointing down like a tail, right arm is braced on the stump, her other arm is folded over her head.

You have to look at it for a while for it to come to you.

The bird's eye is in the center of her forehead.

It is amazing that they can paint someone and pose in a certain way to give the illusion of something different. There was a show on tv that they did that on as well.
 
Amazing. Once you know what to look for she comes into view, but without that knowledge, it"s just a beautiful parrot.

Actually, I saw the painted lady first, probably because of the Subject line, then kind of leaned back and saw the parrot.
