In the photo ads, a feller in Bernard, IA has for sale an IH Super H TA.

I didn't know IH ever made one. I've only run into one other one, and that one was determined to be a Super H front mated to a 300 rear.

The 1st line of the ad says it is a super H front and a 1955 300 rear.

IH made at least 2 Super H-TA prototypes, but they were subsequently destroyed and never went into production.

Goose, I will add,... If My memory serves 1 or 2 Prototypes Were built, After Field trials and Testing they were DESTROYED! And the Prototypes didn't look like the Cross-Bred examples we See today! This concept didn't make production till the 300/350 series.
But...........There is some sort of a market for these Cross-bred tractors. Spoke to Fellow a few days ago who is in process of building one, a......SH-TA-LP!.... Anyway he has, is, visiting with someone who built a Dsl version, and Sold it for $20K
Money talks and BS Walks as long as there are folks who want to Build, Own and Have and prototype tractor it is their Money and their Tractor. I personally hate seeing perfectly good 300/350s knocked in the head to build one!
I suppose it is like all the clone Big Block Hemi Cudas, Vets, Camaros. There are more on the road than ever Built!
As long as I am not asked to pitch in $$$$ I will remain calm and as quiet as possible.

T.,.... I forgot to add he bought a set of Drop axles and a U shaped Non adjustable front axle somewhere, it is probable, That it will be a Vegetable Version too. A lot of money spent, a lot on the line if and when he sells too, for a concept Tractor that was never actually built!
