Roosa Master Diesel Injector Pump

I have a case tractor with a Roosa Master Diesel Injector Pump. I am trying to change the "O" ring seal in the throttle shaft and can not get the shaft out. Pump Model #DBGT CC431-18. Any help would be appreciated.

I have no idea what the "T" is in the ID. "D" is
for die-cast, "B" is for model B, "G" is for
flyweight governor, "CC" is for counter-clockwise
rotation, "4" if for four cylinder, and "31" is for
.31" pump plungers.

These pages from the Stanadyne/Roosamaster manual
ought to help.

I did not know there was a clip in there. Thank you so much for the information. Also to the poster below for the diagram. I was able to get the shaft out with help from both of you. This is my first time posting, but I will be back I am sure. Thank you the great information!

Make sure you get the shaft assembled the same way you took it apart. They will go together wrong. Then your pump may not shut off.
