That's the prototype, wind tunnel tested, don't change a thing, the bird feeder on top will make up the difference in drag !

I think if you ask the builder, the intention was to make it look like the blower was bursting/growing through the hood of the car.

Reminds me of a story I red sumewhere that this ole'boy locked his mother in law in the trunk of her car and when he slammed the lid her head made a bulge in it.
