Identify Case Disc

I am trying to identify the model number of a Case disc and need help. It is yellow in color and stenciled CASE on the right side. It is an 8 foot wide wheel disc and the wheels are solid steel possibly cast with about 2-inch thick solid rubber for thread. The guy I got it from seemed to think it was a model 480 but I have only been able to find Case-IH model 480"s that are fold up disc"s and they are not similar at all. I will attach a couple of pictures if I am able to and would appreciate any help I can get.

That is a construction disk not an ag disk if that helps at all

I don't believe that is a Case disc. I have never seen one built like that.
