Grass Identity

Can anyone identify this grass? It's about 12" tall, had whitish blossoms, and grows in clumps. Land is a sandy loam and laid fallow last year. Orchard grass is in the right foreground, lower corner, in photo #2 for comparison. Thanks.

From what I can, it kinda looks like Rye grass.

I first thought it might be Poa annua. But I think you are right. It has a rosette-looking growth habit.

Looks to me like a Blue grass. Does it have "canoe shaped"leaves? By that does the tip of the tip up and is round? Put a piece of white paper behind it, and post a close up of the leaves.
