Here's the photo of the wheel on my 2255. I believe this to be factory because I knew the guy that bought it when it was two years old. The build card said it was shipped to Manheim, Pa. From there it went to a Oliver dealer in Greenville,Oh. I don't know how it got to Hanson Equipment in Trufant, Mi. That's where he bought it.
Second picture, does anyone know what kind of coulters these are?

I don't know if they have a specific name, but I have a JD plow with similar. Mine have the spring action where yours look like a solid mount. They replace the effect of the cover boards.

Those look like Yetter coulters. DMI also made a similar coulter.

Those are M & W trash master coulters they are a disc blade

Yeah I'd say there factory, in your other picture it didnt look like planetarys, where the center is painted green made it look different. Thanks for posting and nice 2255
