Sparkplugs for a farmall M

I started to realise today that I had a stack of spark plugs on my bench. I got myself confused when I started to read the Autolite spark plug numbers. I think the Autolite 3116 go for the farmall M. I think the Autolite 388 go to the case 440. Then I looked and there where Autolite 386 now what they fit well who knows. Question has came to my mind what Autolite fits the Allis Chalmers model B?

386 and 3116 are the same heat range, and will both work, the 3116 is for a magneto ignition, but will work on a distributor. the 388 and 3118 are also similiar, but a litte hotter heat range than the 386/16 plugs.

The 388 is just a tad hotter then the 386, both of which are Resistor Plugs. The 3116 is somewhere in the mid point of the 386 and 388 heat ranges I believe, HOWEVER its a NON Resistor Plug which would be best if it had a Magneto Ignition but would still work fine in a battery powered coil distributor ignition.
