egg plant, basil, cukes, beets, carrots, beans, bok choy, spinach, zucchini - that's all I can think of at the moment. Hopefully we have had our last frost.

similar to mine except for carrots and instead of zucchini we use yellow squash. my first year for bok choy though. this year for fun i planted chuffa, quinoa, ornamental corn and 1 row of sorghum cane just to see. i planted pole and bush beans this year. here in nw al. tomatoes are blooming already, will cage them this week. deer concerns already. good luck with yours

OK, cukes and beans are about the only stuff I see listed that fit for human consumption.
