Tractors and Things

Visited one of our local vintage working days this afternoon, thought you might like the pictures I took. There was an Allis Chalmers 7020 making a fantastic sound unfortunately the implement it was working was much too small for such as big tractor. A very rare to see tractor in Scotland I think I should get one of these.I also like the Chamberlands with the GM diesel engines.

I saw an International crawler just like that,in as nice original condition, sitting in the shed of the Mennonite that sold me my seed corn, when I picked it up.

Chamberlain, made in Australie is all I know verry very rare in the UK. I think the owner had recently imported, ive been told its cheaper to import from there despite the greater distance than taking tractors in from Canada and the US.

No I didnt think there was anyone collecting Cockshutt here in Scotland, do you know what part of Scotland. My great grandfather emigrated to Banff near the Bow river in the early 1900"s, we still have relatives there.
