I normally see black/brown dirt when I do tillage work. What kind of dirt ya got there?!!! (HeHe) It's been a crazy spring that's for sure...John

Not sure. How to say but, don't you guys usually want some moisture. Just have to convince mother nature on her timing.

Mother Nature Day. And Allan didn't have any flowers for her. Allan needs a REAL big green house. LOL Over 8" and still snowing here at Black Hawk, CO.

Yea Allen if you would just go north over the ridge towards Chadron No Snow just rain clear up to Rapid, but from the reservoirs south to Hemingford it looks just like where you are. Great moisture anyway.

Rain all day here in Greeley, CO. Starting to switch over to snow. Last time I talked to my brother in Burns, WY they had six inches.

Keep on discing it
, that should keep it loose and stop it from caking. We can buy sweetcorn frozen over here .....guess you guys grow it that way???

Allan, don't you dare send it over to us in Northwest Iowa. We had snow about this time or maybe a little earlier, last year. Don't want it again. On the bright side, if you have wheat planted this snow should be good for it. Jim

Mother Nature can sure be a mean lady.Thursday planted corn with no coat and Friday had on the heavy Carhart jacket and tossle hat and about froze.I am in southern Wi.
