Last year I ordered a compressor/ vacuum pump for my weed sprayer. It failed in April I called and gave the lady my problem she checked and the pump was still in warranty she sent me UPS shipping document. Today I received notice they were shipping me a new pump no charge. I read a lot of negative complaints about venders so this is a good one to use. their email is www.zorotools.com
 
You can really only know a supplier is good when something goes wrong and they take care of it right. It is easy to ship out goods quickly, but not so easy to stand behind them.

When I would do a brake job, in my younger years, the customer asked me if I would stand behind my work?

I said heck no, not if you were going to back out!
 
I would Wait until i had it in my hand. Amazing how many screw-ups you get between sending and arrival.
I ordered and paid for a Gooseneck trailer Feb 24th, with a 5 to 6 week delivery promise. They called to say it's in yesterday.
 
Not the belt that failed within hours on my King Kutter. Double banded belt and chunks broke out of it. Only running it with an 8N! BELTS NOT WARRANTED!
