I am trying to find out exactly what the year model is on my Massey Ferguson 180. the number is 9A I7405. Can anyone help?

i looked on tractordata.com for ya, but they didn't have any serial # info for ya, sorry.
The Official Guide was sold the Implement dealer
assn. from 50's and for me til into the 90's and
probably still published. These were only avail to dealers. Shows s/n locations, s/n what year,
specifications, retail and whls values. All comp.
we dealt with used these for consistant info and

Early 180's had round rear axle housing, later ones had the heavier square axle housing. I'm not sure of what year they changed, but my 68 has round and my 74 has square.

Mine is CDW6456001922 was told last week by the dealer it's a late 66.I don't know if this helps. I still has a two stage clutch.
