My first thought on the top photo was Volkswagen.

If its for a 16" tire its from a "39 Ford. If it is for a 15" tire it is from a pre-1962 Volkswagen.

The 36-39 Ford and VW had different bolt circle diameters. I don't remember exactly what each measures but there is a significant difference.
The OP's wheel is 36-39 Ford and as mentioned by someone that's an old Ford banjo rear end.

Definitely "36 to "39 Ford.
I"ve seen many of these mounted on Ford 9N and 2N tractors over the years.
