OT -- Cold Water Pressure Washer...

I'm pressure washing inside walls / ceiling of garage. KARCHER soap container said DO NOT USE BLEACH UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

I could not figure if this was due to danger of mixing bleach with the soap. I want to just siphon bleach and spray walls / ceiling to kill mildew. I've used soap and "cleaned" the surface, but want the additional kill factor of bleach. For what its worth, this is painted plywood.

Any experience of running bleach through cold water pressure washer?

Thanks...I also have used washer to clean my 4610 Ford.

I would use a deck wash or plain bleach in a cheap pump spayer.I do this on the vinyl siding
on my house instead of pressure washing.A cheap
pump spayer will be slower but why take a chance
on damaging a pressure washer pump.JMHO.Luck,

Bleach is chlorine and is extremely corrosive, I would expect the metal in the pump does not respond well to it.

Connect your washer to the hot and cold line to blend for 100F with an ordinary axial pump.
You won"t believe it"s the same washer with cold vs. warm water.

I have a chemical injector/siphon on the downstream side of my pump. It works great for all the chemicals I have used. It will not siphon if I have a spinning nozzle or a real aggressive tip on, this works great because I never have to turn the siphon off. If I want to apply chemicals I switch nozzles and when I want to clean the applied chemicals off after a soak period I just switch the nozzle back.
