great tractors

Post down below got me to thinking. Forgive me if we covered this before. What do you think was the greatest tractor ever built from each manufacturer? Since this is Yesterdays Tractor Forum, lets keep this pre-1990. I'm thinking
JD-4440
Case-400
Allis-WD 45
Oliver-1650
IHC-M

well i only own 3 and haven't been able to drive very many others, my neighbor let me borrow his (junk) and i rented a few backhoes, but only had them for a couple days so i didn't get to know them. so my unbiased opinion would be:
ford 9n
MF TO-35
ford 340b

i want to expand my herd and im sure my unbiased opinion will expand accordingly.

not going to be a winner, as everybody will have their favorite, based on what they have run, and their operation, ect its safe to say while there have been a cow plop or 2 built by each manufacture, most of these old tractors are pretty darn good, no matter what color they are

I don't know if I'd go for the 1650 Oliver or an 1850 with the Perkins Diesel.
The last decent IH was the M before they started with the T.A.

john deere 4020 if had to choose just 1 to use.
based on looks I would choose
Moline GVI
G1000 vista
allis chalmers D21

I can't say for sure since I've never even driven one, but if somebody were to vote for the Farmall 1206, I wouldn't argue.

Although I'm also partial to the John Deere A - as a general all around perfect basic tractor.

hard to decide such a thing without categorizing them.
