What grain of bullet and power are you using, and how much drop do you have between 100-200 yards,150-200 is my closes shot

Sorry I'm so long in answering. I've been busy as hill rebuilding a loading door down at the barn and haven't gotten on here. I'm assuming this is about my black powder gun. I'm using a 245 gr. Powerbelt with 2-50 grain Pyrodex pellets and a Federal primer. It's a fairly light load, but it shoots fairly flat from my rifle. I can also tell you that the best load I found for my Renegade seemed to be a round ball with 80 grains of Pyrodex or FF, and my Knight ran out the best with 100 grains of FF and and a ball. I had too many misfires for some reason with the Pyrodex in the Knight.... Of course, the Knight and the Renegade were only really accurate to 100 yds., and 150 on a long shot. The Optima has about a 1 1/2" pattern at 100 yds., and about a 2-3" pattern at 150. I never really sighted it at 200, but it took 3 deer this past year at 200 yd. shots, and they were all in the kill zone. None ran more than 100 yds before going down. I shot an 8 point last year, and may have aimed a bit high- the bullet went just above the heart and was through the deer. He went down, got back up and I had to chase him for close to 1/2 mile before I got another decent shot to put him down for good. But even then, I don't think he would have gone too much further- he was leaking perty good.

One thing- I have a Konus graduated scope that is matched to the rifle, and it's graduations seem to be perfect for the rifle. So far, I've been able to swear by them...
