Spring is here!! So after milking this morning we tossed our bibbed overalls in the barn washer, and then hung them out on the line! first time for 2014. If you look past the wife, you can see the old VAC14 .Then we took a little trip to the grocery store. On the way I snapped a photo of a new elevator/drier going up down the road from me. Twin tower silos went up last summer, as did the scale house/office.The drier ,just last week. Not sure we needed another elevator around here but, competition is good for the market place ,so they say.

Bruce, you two look like a pretty good team, and both pulling in the same direction.

Somewhere around here I have a picture I snapped of a clothesline with a bunch of union suits hanging on it.

A sure sign of spring if I ever saw one!

I guess everyone knows what a union suit is - long handled underwear, tops and bottoms connected, with a flap in the rear.
 
Hi Bruce , what part of Canada is that . I am from northern ont , we still have 2 feet in the fields -- worst winter in 20 years
 
Well Bruce,
I'm streching the truth a bit here, but the temp hit 90F at the front of my garage today, Pic of thermometer finally posted, so you will not have to take me at my word. My Davis weather station, out in the yard, linked to my computer said we hit a high of 49F.
Been two days since we collected maple sap, as temps were below freezing, but tomarrow looks to be a good day.

This is kinda funny! First picture...wife hanging out clothes with her purse on her shoulder. Next picture.......here's the old man out there helping her. Ah yes......now I get it, the old man promised to take her somewhere! And you did.
