Case 730 hydraulic problems

I have a late model case 730 CK draft o matic. I suddenly lost power in my hydraulics. They all still go up and down including 3-point, but all now will not lift my round bales. From previous posts on here from others with same problem I took auxiliary valve off and cleaned all the sludge out. But still same problem. Any other suggestions before I think about replacing the pump? Thank you.

If there is jerkyness and a lot of hyd noise I would look for a suction leak or pluged suction screen. You said you removed the service valve, or did you just take the caps off the sides of the valve. You have to remove the entire valve, which requires some enginuity to remove two bolts holding it to the tractor. After the entire valve body is removed, you will have acess to the main relief. Is the spring, ball, and seat good in that??
You mentioned sludge/crap in valve. If so the pump could be bad. You will need to drain and flush the tranny, before installing a new pump, and refill with new oil. If your tractor is a COM it is best to refill with HyTran fluid.

Yes I removed the entire valve. I took it 90% apart including relief valve and cleaned it all out. After I got it back together and back on tractor same problem. There's no jerks or noise while running hydraulics, just no lift power. I can leave the loader and 3-point up park it leave for days and it holds stong.

When I bought my 830 CK years ago it had the same problem, it ended up being the relief valve, at that time there was a change over kit that I installed and have had 1500 psi ever since. If I remember right there was a two port relief set up from the factory, with the new kit one port was plugged off and the other one got a new seat and valve, spring and shims.
