My yard when I got ready to leave this morning. Luckily it cleared up not too many miles south of the house. Still about 2'+ on snow on the ground.

I've followed the recent storms, New Brunswick, seems to been gathering all the snow, incredible to think about how much they have received just recently, we are finally snow free, just a few piles and drifts in shaded areas is all, mud season ought to be over quick, if that frost comes out, it will drain down, sooner or later it all has to got doesn't it ? LOL !

They are talking about what is coming Thursday again, they say might hit my neck of the woods more so then. Oh joy. Snow, wind, blah.

Had enough wind again the last 18 hours, 30 sustained with gusts higher is just nuts for around here, was blowing the 1/4 inch of snow we got around as hard as it could! Was some frozen light rain this morning, sun burned it off quick, but was slick for a while.

The nearest extenstion research farm reported today, frost is out in areas that had deep snow cover. On the other hand places without snow cover the top 6 inches melted out, so the frost is from 6 inches to 53 inches deep out in the fields. That's going to take a little time yet!

Really fell for you folks up north.

Spring finally made it to N. central and N. E. Tx.

Still have some unseasonably cool weather in the forecast, but no white stuff!

Been snowing for the better part of the afternoon here. Got about 2-3" so far and still coming down. Had a few warmer days and got down to about 3' on ground but now we are building again. Calling for a 12"+ storm for friday...

This was New Brunswick this morning, Apr 1 on my snowplowing route. Another 8-10" wet snow on top of the 4-6" of ice pellets the day before.

Ken, thats unbelievable, not sure what makes these weather systems line up and dump off in that area, the low pressure system that came through earlier this week, had the winds coming from the east to northeast, which is unusual, not unheard of, but almost rare, then the systems stall and go up the coast, and land on you guys !
