Funny...I've gone ground up on my 68' Mercury Cougar (factory big block on top of it) and I'm only not anywhere near that kind of cash!

If it was shill bidder it would be way to risky for them to actually win the auction and have to pay eBay's commision on a non-sale. Although on vehicles there might be a straight commision not a percentage so I could be wrong.

On the tv show they said something about giving it away,or a raffle,but you had to bid on ebay to get included in deal.

Nice car ! I have had a 67 and 69 in the past, both XR-7s, the 67 an XR-7 GT , always love the old Cougars , Mustangs with Class ! Got rid of all my car stuff a few years ago to get tractor stuff. Still have a good pair of 390 GT/428 CJ heads left and a set of adjustable rockers and pushrods if you know anyone that wants them.

That is a nice car! On one of the car shows they had one of those quizes before and after a commercial and said there was a small number of Boss 429 Cougars.
